From his experience he has worked for companies in more than 20 countries belonging to public and private companies such as Societé des Eaux de Marseille, Merck, Seb, PWC, Pfizer, Sodexo, Barclays, Coraasan, Inapa, Vik Split, Ipsa, Lyonnaise-des Eaux, Volvo, Eiffage, Novelis, Grant Thornton, Russell Bedford, Royal Canin, or SMEs such as Gugax, Elogos, Quality Foil, Sofies, Clextral, Tecmes, Crossject or Wes, among others.

Based in France, François led projects related to water and sanitation engineering inside Suez group. Later, he was in charge of managing water quality and environment during the first five years of the French water concession for the City of Buenos Aires. This led him to direct the group’s global Environment, Health and Safety policy from Paris for another 5 years. He then continued to perform these same functions for the Alcan-Novelis group in Europe, based in Zürich and later in Luxembourg as director of Human Resources and worked as internal coach in a business unit with metallurgical plants in Germany, England, France and Luxembourg. Subsequently, he consolidated his experience graduating as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation, in a Canadian institution where he has been a professor and mentor since 2014.
