Safety Culture

REDUCES THE RISK OF ACCIDENTS AT WORK

Take care of your employees

A productive and efficient organization puts the safety of its staff at the top of its agenda. It is possible to reduce the accident rate through the creation of responsible behavior, team spirit and improvement of interpersonal dialogues with a “coach” attitude (I take care of myself, I take care of you).

A productive and efficient organization puts the safety of its staff at the top of its agenda. It is possible to reduce the accident rate through the creation of responsible behavior, team spirit and improvement of interpersonal dialogues with a “coach” attitude (I take care of myself, I take care of you).

Our training and accompaniment process is aimed at all the organisation's staff and is carried out in 4 simple and effective stages: Needs, Quick-Wins, Dialogues and Follow-up. It alternates between three tools: Interviews, Training and Coaching.

It is expected to obtain:

– Leaders promoters of the safety culture

– Teams mobilized around a project with a sense of safety

– Understanding strengths and weaknesses

– Dozens of dialogues concerning behavioural safety

– Many of the risks and difficulties solved by the same staff

– Increasing the level of care on an ongoing basis

– Drastic reduction of exposure and risk of accidents

– New safety culture (“I take care of myself, I take care of you”)
