My work consists of extracting their full potential so that they can effectively achieve their most ambitious goals, in the face of an increasingly complex and uncertain social, economic and environmental context.

Belgian and Argentinean, he accompanies in Europe and Latin America with energy and passion executives, managers and teams, in the achievement of their organizational challenges, in the management of the change and in the employee behavioral safety.

Among his passions, music has a privileged place. Thus, he presides over the philharmonic orchestra of Avallon, his city of residence, and as a philanthropic activity he promotes art and culture among the young people of the region. He has produced 18 non-profit concerts of jazz, pop, tango and French music, at the foot of the medieval walls of Avallon in his garden and stage “Terrasses du Bel Air”. Additionally, he accompanies Pablo Murgier, a world champion tango pianist, and is launching a concert production company.
